Eesti Firma (legal name Eesti Firma OÜ, registration number 14164797, address Vesivärava 50, 10152 Tallinn, Estonia) adheres to a policy of complete transparency regarding service pricing—we always strive to offer clients optimal and justified rates. For some services, fixed rates are available, while others require an individual price calculation. This approach is intentional, protecting clients from misleading prices and false expectations.
Why can’t all prices be fixed?
We consider it unethical and unprofessional to publish fixed prices for services whose final costs depend on multiple variables—for example, accounting support or legal assistance. Instead, we discuss all details directly with each client individually, thoroughly explaining how the price is formed. This approach ensures honest, personalized service, eliminates misunderstandings, and adheres to best practices and industry standards for transparency.
Details on how our prices are formed
This page provides a detailed explanation of Eesti Firma’s pricing principles, outlines our approach to determining the cost of various services, and clarifies why some services have individually calculated final prices. This information will help you understand in advance what constitutes the final cost, avoiding misunderstandings and unexpected expenses.
We also recommend that you familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions, which contain comprehensive information on the rules governing our services and the mutual obligations of the parties.
Company Registration
We help register a company in Estonia on a turnkey basis—quickly, reliably, and with minimal effort on your part. Depending on your circumstances, several registration options are available: online via e-Residency, in person before a notary in Tallinn, or remotely via power of attorney. Each method has its own specifics and pricing.
All business registration packages listed below already include mandatory state fees and notary charges, as well as an hour of consultation with our specialist. Choosing an extended package provides additional services (legal address and contact person) included in the price, offering convenience and reducing hassle during your company’s first year. Below are the base registration packages (prices exclude VAT):
- Online via e-Residency
- Basic package – €375. Full online company registration without visiting Estonia. Includes document preparation, application submission via the electronic registry, and payment of the state fee.
- Extended package – €700. Includes everything in the basic package, plus a virtual office for 1 year (legal address in Estonia and contact person service). This package provides a new company with a complete set of start-up services (registration address, local representative) within a single price.
- In person in Tallinn, Estonia
- Basic package – €550. Company registration at a notary in the personal presence of founders. Includes arrangement of notary appointment, preparation of Articles of Association and other incorporation documents, state fee, and translation if necessary.
- Extended package – €850. In addition to the basic package services, includes a legal address and contact person for 1 year. This is a convenient solution for foreign entrepreneurs visiting Estonia: all formalities are completed, and the company is provided with a local address and representative for the first year.
- Remotely via power of attorney
- Basic package – €900. Company registration without a personal visit, based on a notarized power of attorney. We fully represent the client’s interests at the notary and the Commercial Register. Optimal if you cannot travel personally.
- Extended package – €1200. Includes all basic package services via power of attorney plus a virtual office (address + contact person for one year). You receive a fully established company remotely, with a complete set of services required for operation.
How the price is formed: The registration cost depends primarily on the chosen method and scope of services. The fixed packages listed above already include mandatory expenses (state fees, notary charges) and our work for preparing and supporting the process. Extended packages cost more than basic ones, as they include additional services (company address, contact person, etc.). Nevertheless, the extended package is more cost-effective overall compared to ordering each service individually.
We discuss and agree upon all necessary options with the client in advance. Before work begins, you know exactly what you are paying for, whether it’s expedited registration, notarized document translations, or annual address service. If our package solutions are insufficient, we calculate the cost individually. Our principle: no “number magic” in pricing—each expense item is justified and transparently explained to the client.
Sale of Ready-Made Companies
For those wishing to start business activities immediately, we offer ready-made (shelf) companies in Estonia available for purchase. These are pre-registered, fully documented companies that already possess a registration number, legal address, and all necessary incorporation documents. Ready-made companies have not conducted any business activities and have no debts or liabilities—you receive a legal entity with a clean history and can start business immediately. Re-registering such a company to a new owner is fully managed by our legal team (either via notary or electronically, depending on the situation).
- Purchase of a ready-made company – from €1200. The exact price depends on the company’s parameters. Typically, a standard new company with fully paid-up share capital is available at a base price of approximately €1200. This amount includes preparation of the ownership transfer documents, notary services for re-registration, as well as providing the company with an address and contact person for one year.
How the price is formed: The cost of a ready-made company varies depending on the age of the company, the size of the share capital, and the range of included services. If you require a company with increased share capital or specific licenses, the cost will exceed the base price.
We always provide comprehensive information: what constitutes the price of the ready-made company, which services are included, and what additional expenses (e.g., company name change or licensing costs) might arise. You can be confident that you are acquiring a legally verified company without hidden issues—our reputation is confirmed by hundreds of satisfied clients and partners.
Virtual Office
A virtual office is a service providing a legal address and a contact person for your Estonian company. According to Estonian law, every company must have a local legal address within the country, and if there are no Estonian residents on the company’s board, appointing a local contact person is strongly recommended. Our virtual office service addresses these requirements comprehensively without the need for renting a physical office space. You receive an official Estonian business registration address and a licensed contact person who will receive correspondence from government bodies and ensure communication with official institutions.
- Legal Address in Estonia (1 year) – €250
- Contact Person in Estonia (1 year) – €250
- “Virtual Office” Package (Address + Contact Person for 1 year) – €400
How the price is formed: The virtual office service price is fixed and covers basic provider obligations: offering an address in Tallinn, registering information in the Commercial Register, and handling incoming official mail. Additional expenses may arise for administrative services or mail forwarding—for example, if physical letters need to be sent by courier to your international address or documents must be scanned and translated.
We flexibly adjust to the client’s needs: you may choose the full package (address and contact person) or individual components of the service separately. For example, if you already have an Estonian address but lack a local representative, you may order only the contact person service or vice versa. We explain clearly what obligations are included in the virtual office price: upon receiving official mail at your address, we notify you and forward or scan letters as agreed. Eesti Firma’s virtual office offers reliability and legal compliance at a reasonable price, avoiding unnecessary expenses compared to maintaining a physical office.
Accounting Services
Competent accounting services ensure the financial stability and legal compliance of your business. We provide professional accounting services tailored to the scale and specifics of your company. Our experienced accountants handle financial records in accordance with Estonian legislation, timely submit required reports, and advise on tax issues. Eesti Firma takes pride in its expertise: our specialists have successfully prepared and submitted over 5000 financial reports for clients. We serve both small startups without VAT obligations and companies registered as VAT payers, including international projects and crypto businesses.
Below are approximate base rates (excluding VAT) for accounting services:
- Annual Report Submission – from €150 (one-time). The cost depends on the volume of data and transactions for the year. A one-time service for preparing and submitting the mandatory annual report to the Commercial Register (including financial analysis, balance sheet, and profit-and-loss statement).
- Monthly accounting for companies without VAT number – from €75 per month. For non-VAT paying companies. Includes basic bookkeeping: transaction recording, payroll processing, and more. Suitable for new and small companies with few transactions.
- Monthly accounting for companies with VAT number – from €150 per month. For VAT-paying companies. Includes comprehensive bookkeeping, salary calculations, monthly preparation and submission of VAT returns, and other mandatory tax reporting. Intended for companies with greater business activity and VAT obligations.
- Consultation with Accountant or Tax Specialist – €75 / hour. Personalized consultation on accounting, taxation, reporting, tax optimization, etc. (available upon client request, face-to-face or online).
How the price is formed: Accounting service rates depend on the amount of work required for each specific company. Key factors include the number of monthly accounting transactions (primary documents, invoices, payments), presence of employees and payroll volume, necessity of VAT reporting, foreign trade activity, and other business specifics. We offer “starting from” package rates, listed above, which apply to smaller companies (e.g., a few dozen transactions per month without complex operations). As the business grows and accounting complexity increases, the service cost may rise—always predictably and justifiably.
Before concluding the contract, our accountant will thoroughly study the specifics of your business and propose the optimal pricing plan. Each client knows exactly what they are paying for, whether it is a fixed monthly fee or hourly charges for extraordinary tasks. If in any given month the volume of work exceeds the agreed scope (for example, the number of transactions increases significantly or additional reports are needed), we notify you in advance of possible changes in cost and coordinate them with you. Our goal is financial transparency and predictability in accounting matters. You receive not just an accountant but a reliable consultant who will always explain figures and recommendations in a clear and understandable way.
Legal Services
Our legal department provides a full range of legal services for businesses and private individuals. We specialize in civil and corporate law, financial and tax law, as well as legal support in the fields of fintech, cryptocurrencies, AML, and others (according to the profile of your project). Eesti Firma’s team consists of qualified lawyers with extensive experience, proven expertise, and in-depth knowledge of local specifics. Hundreds of clients trust us—more than 500 successfully implemented legal projects and cases. You can rely on our competence in any legally significant business matters in Estonia.
The cost of legal services is calculated individually, as each situation is unique. We apply either an hourly or project-based billing model, depending on the task. Below are some indicative base rates (prices excluding VAT):
- Legal consultation (civil, commercial, tax, corporate law) – €75 / hour. This category includes oral or written consultations on legal issues, document analysis, explanations of legislation, and recommendations for optimal solutions. An initial consultation helps outline an action plan and evaluate the scale of upcoming work.
- Preparation or review of documents – from €250 (for standard documents). Drafting of agreements, articles of association, contracts, or legal examination of existing documents. The price depends on volume and complexity: a simple, standard contract may cost approximately €250, while more complex documents cost more. We inform you if substantial time is needed for examination or drafting.
- Comprehensive legal support and representation – price by agreement. In cases of prolonged or complex projects (such as litigation support, obtaining licenses, or managing complex transactions), the price is determined individually in agreement with the client. We prepare a detailed budget or offer hourly billing with an estimated budget so you can plan your expenses accordingly.
How the price is formed: In the area of legal services, the range of costs can be significant—it all depends on the nature of the task. We guarantee that we will discuss the cost before work begins. If the issue is straightforward, limited to a consultation or preparation of a single document, you pay a fixed sum (or hourly rate) according to the listed tariffs. If prolonged legal efforts are needed, we offer a legal support contract with clear payment terms.
Transparency is particularly crucial in legal and financial matters, thus we thoroughly explain to the client how the price is formed: the number of working hours of the lawyer, the need for engaging additional specialists, state fees, notary tariffs, etc. No “template” pricing—each case is fairly evaluated based on workload and the expertise required. You can always request clarification on each cost item, and the final sum will be justified by the work actually performed. Such a personalized approach to pricing is part of our service: we aim to resolve your issues optimally, not to impose unnecessary services.
VAT and Tax Particularities of Pricing
Please note that all prices listed do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). Our company is registered as a VAT payer in Estonia (EE102081480, verifiable through the VIES system), thus we add VAT to invoices as prescribed by law. From July 1, 2025, the standard VAT rate in Estonia is 24%.
However, VAT is applied not to all transactions, but only when required under EU and Estonian regulations. Below are some illustrative scenarios:
- Client – a company or individual from Estonia: 24% VAT is applied to all our services for Estonian residents. For instance, if the consultation price is €100, you will pay €124 (€100 + VAT). We then remit this tax to the Estonian budget.
- Client – a company from another EU country (outside Estonia) with a valid VAT number: No VAT is applied. According to intra-community trade rules for services, the reverse charge mechanism applies—you pay only the net amount, and the VAT issue is resolved in your country. For example, a German client with a valid VAT-ID is invoiced €100, without the addition of Estonian VAT.
- Client – from a non-EU country (any entity or individual): No VAT is applied, as the services are considered exported from the EU. You pay only the agreed price without additional taxes. For example, a client from the USA pays exactly €100 for a service priced at €100.
Thus, many foreign customers pay for our services without adding Estonian VAT. We always specify the VAT-exclusive price in the contract and invoice, clearly indicating VAT as a separate line item, if applicable. We clarify all VAT nuances in advance. If you are unsure whether your situation involves VAT, we will help you clarify. Our main goal is to prevent surprises in the client’s pricing. Transparency in tax matters is just as essential as transparency in the basic cost of the service.
Individual Approach to Pricing
Discussing the cost is part of our service. We are always open about pricing and encourage clients to ask questions about how prices are determined. Such an individual approach forms the foundation of Eesti Firma’s pricing model. We do not attempt to fit diverse situations into one template—on the contrary, we see it as our responsibility to tailor proposals to specific requests. In financial and legal services, trust and transparency are key quality factors, which is why we detail exactly what makes up each invoice.
Full Control Over Costs: No Surprises
How is this implemented in practice? First, at your initial inquiry, we gather information about your needs (whether it be company registration, accounting services, or something else) and propose the optimal solution in terms of both service and cost. If the service is standard with a fixed tariff, we immediately inform you of the price. If the case requires analysis, we prepare a preliminary estimate or price range. We always clarify what tasks are included in the quoted price, and what (if necessary) is paid separately. Secondly, we do not impose unnecessary services. You only pay for what your business truly requires at the moment. For example, if your startup does not yet plan to hire employees, we will not include payroll services; if you have no VAT-related transactions, VAT accounting is unnecessary—thus reducing your costs. Such a customized approach benefits clients and prevents overpaying for unneeded services.
We also practice phased cost approval. In long-term projects (such as legal support for complex transactions or ongoing accounting outsourcing), the cost may depend on the evolving situation. We inform clients of each stage of work and associated expenses. You always maintain control over the budget and can decide how to proceed.
Our objective is to build trusting relationships with clients, where the price of the service is clear, fair, and viewed as an investment in business success rather than an unforeseen burden. Many clients note that detailed discussions about costs upfront significantly increase their trust in us as partners. We firmly believe such openness aligns with best business practices and regulatory transparency requirements in the “Your Money or Your Life” (YMYL) sphere—services affecting clients’ financial well-being. You can always request clarification on any invoice or calculation—we willingly provide details and justifications.
Conclusion
When working with Eesti Firma, you can rely on honesty, security, and professionalism—no hidden terms or unexpected surcharges. We believe openness in pricing is the foundation of trust between us and the client. This page exists precisely so you can familiarize yourself with prices and understand service costs before initiating cooperation, rather than after the fact. Such upfront information fits into our open and expert business model, leaving no room for client uncertainty about what they are paying for.
