Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst, who is ready to dive deeply into fintech and blockchain-related projects, manage the development of new legal and consulting solutions, including licensing processes, and successfully coordinate interactions with clients and partners globally.
Together, we will engage with cutting-edge technologies, navigate complex regulatory landscapes, and contribute to shaping the future of digital innovation.
Work Responsibilities:
- Managing our project.
- Task assignment and monitoring team performance.
- Identifying and implementing new features to improve the project.
- Documenting all project stages.
- Planning and organizing project testing.
- Attracting new team members.
- Interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
We Expect from You:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc).
- Experience with project documentation.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make quick decisions.
- English proficiency at least at the Intermediate level.
